NEW [V1.23] QRD Ferrox M5 USB Dongle Firmware Version 1.23 Release

Issue Fix:
We’ve recently released Firmware V1.23 for the QRD Ferrox M5 USB Dongle, addressing a critical issue where users experienced disconnection problems when using headsets with the controller on Xbox consoles.

Cause:
This issue was not related to any ban or restriction on the controller but was due to a technical bug that affected the audio pass-through when a headset was connected.

Solution:
The bug has now been fixed with this update, ensuring seamless operation when using both the controller and headset on Xbox consoles.

Update Process:

1. Launch the Firmware Update Tool from our official website.
2. Press and hold the Pairing button on the USB Dongle, and then insert the USB Dongle into your PC without releasing the button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and click the update button to begin the firmware update process.

4. Once the update is complete, exit the firmware update program.

This update ensures that your QRD Ferrox M5 USB Dongle functions correctly when connecting a headset to your Xbox console.
