[V2.5.4] QRD Stellar T3\T5 Firmware Version 2.5.4 Release

1. Optimized latency issues encountered by the QRD STELLAR T3/T5 controller in Bluetooth mode.
2. Solve the ghosting macro error situation.

Operation:

1. Open the software before connecting the joycon.
2. Hold down the joystick and then insert the USB cable.
3. Once connected successfully, follow the prompts in the software for the update.
4. Please note that both Joy-Cons need to be updated separately.
